Habits
People say that eating a lot makes you fat, and that meat makes you
have muscles because of Protein Nutrition. Protein is animal “fat” which means
it makes you fat. You can still become fat from eating plants too but that is
if you eat plants when you are full. Meat builds fat on your skin which
leads into fatness and overweight. Doctors would recommend foods like baked
chicken and fish, but nutritionists prefer plants only. You might see bill
boards saying something about a plant based diet or eating fruits and
vegetables more than meat. I am a child so meat is served to me all the time
because my parents are obsessed with it. When they serve me meat, I can eat
the meat first then plant food. If you are trying to lose weight, then you should
either go see a nutritionist or just exercise while having daily salad. Plants
have less protein that will give you real muscles and not animal fat. “Forks
Over Knives” is a documentary that you can watch on Netflix. I don’t know if it
still plays, but you can try if you have an account. The documentary is about
healthy foods. The only thing I respectfully disagree from the documentary is
that it said that fast food is unhealthy. I disagree with this because it is
your food choice of what you want to eat there. McDonalds has salad; so if you
want to be healthy, just get a salad. The nuggets, fries, and maybe burgers are unhealthy.
Citizens of Thailand, China, Japan, India, Italy, and a few African citizens
are healthier than American citizens.
Cholesterol
Cholesterol also known as high blood
pressure has a cure. The cause of high blood pressure is the same cause of
fatness. The cause is meat. To reverse cholesterol you must eat plants.
Cholesterol is animal fatness blocking your blood from flowing in the body.
When you eat meat then your stomach has a hard time recognizing if you are full
or not. Plants, on the other hand tells you when to stop and completely fills
the belly. Every time I am done eating meat, my stomach keeps making the
growling sound. If you go to the doctor for a cholesterol problem then all the
doctor is going to say is to eat less fried chicken. If you do want to eat
fried chicken then eat the whiteness in it only. The doctor might say to eat
baked chicken. Cholesterol is just basically plaque blocking blood from animals
like I said earlier.

Cancer
Now it is time to talk about the last disease you can
get from meat, Heart Cancer. There are other diseases caused by meat mostly
cancer except for lung cancer because lung cancer is from smoking. Heart cancer
is caused from eating big meats and usually people over weight would die from
this. Other people say that being overweight is from eating donuts, cupcakes,
candy, cake, and etc. If the ingredients to make it are healthy, then it’s
healthy. Back to heart cancer, if you eat big meats like pork chops, ham, big
burgers like a B.L.T., steaks, grilled hotdogs, and etc. then your heart will
be affected. High blood pressure or high cholesterol can damage a blood vessel
from meat, cause a heart failure or heart attack, a kidney failure, or a
stroke. People think the cause of heart cancer is not solved yet by scientists
and that it is a mystery. Everything has a cause and I think the cause is high
cholesterol, over weightiness, and fatty food (meat).
Diabetes
Diabetes is from eating a lot of carbohydrates.
Now this is the only bad thing about plants. Carbohydrates are wheat related
food. If you eat foods like wheat bread, donuts, pizza, rice, macaroni, corn,
and beans every day or all day then you will get diabetes. Its plant based food
but it doesn’t make since to eat the same product all the time. Carbohydrates
are healthy nutrition but don’t eat each food product of carbohydrates for
breakfast, lunch, and dinner all day or every day. I don’t know the cure for
diabetes but it is just important not to get diabetes.
Avoid
Low Fat Milk
Low fat milk
causes cardiovascular disease. When I watched Forks Over Knives they talked
about low fat milk causing some kind of disease that causes holes on your bones.
I forgot the name of the disease though. I went and looked on Google to see the
name of it but cardiovascular disease was the only one I saw. Cardiovascular
disease is a plaque buildup inside the heart artery. The plaque forms a blood
clot and blocks all of the blood. Low fat milk can make you obese and it can
make you have diabetes even though it is not a carbohydrate. Low fat milk is
like the drinking version of meat.
